The typical triangular facet in the geopark includes: walls of tiankengs, and the bared cliffs at both banks of Qijiehe River and Liuchonghe River. ![]() Evolution of fault scarp (according to Davis) 1. At the same time of the fault being occurred, huge fault scarp is formed; 2. Fault block mountainous is lowered due to denudation and the fault scarp is corroded to triangular facet; 3. Triangular facet lowers and goes backwards further to form round spur, but the spur is away from the fault for certain distance; 4.
